Background and Significance
The project will: i) concentrate on mapping, capturing, analyzing, and distilling of knowledge and critical experience; ii) codify the information in a systematic, comprehensive, useful and utilizable manner in order to determine successful practices and hindering factors; iii) fill gaps in the existing KM procedures; and iv) take into account the different selected target groups and use appropriate channels of media to disseminate knowledge and transform it into desired actions.
